Katie Crisp serves as the Community Outreach Coordinator at Southern Coalition for Social Justice. Before this role, she served as paralegal to the Environmental Justice program for two years. Katie was born and raised and currently lives in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the National University of Singapore in 2021 with her Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and has a paralegal certificate from North Carolina Central University. Katie is passionate about promoting community health and resiliency and honored to be able to support the South through SCSJ’s coalition building and community lawyering approach.
