Kaila Snipes joined SOLVE as the Communications Fellow in April 2024. She came to SOLVE after working with a variety of nonprofit organizations in the Marcomms discipline.
Kaila grew up in Columbia, South Carolina and attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where she studied Sociology and minored in Communication Studies. During her time in undergrad, Kaila managed social media pages and provided communications support for a variety of nonprofits. Her passion for utilizing storytelling as a way to amplify social change prompted her to use her passions in the field of advocacy.
In her free time, she enjoys unwinding by watching Bravo’s latest shows or cheering on her Carolina Hurricanes.
