Excessive Force by Durham PD

John G. Hill, a 58-year old bicyclist, is physically attacked and wrongfully arrested by Durham police officer J.A. Daniels while on his way to work. Hill is acquitted at trial, with the Judge finding that the officer used excessive force and was not truthful in his testimony. Officer Daniels is later exonerated by Durham PD.
