Jodi Crews joined Southern Coalition for Social Justice as the Social Media Strategist in December 2022. She came to SCSJ after working with a variety of organizations managing their social media channels.
Jodi grew up in Danville, Virginia, before attending Virginia State University for Mass Communications and Public Relations. During her time as a student, she managed social media channels for campus organizations. She enjoys helping organizations connect with digital communities who support their missions. She believes social media is essential for creating social change.
